Meditation is learning how to calm the mind and relax our physical body. When we are in control of our mind, we are the commander of our thoughts and actions in every situation.

There are hundreds of different types of meditations. There are those that can calm the mind and relax you, and others that can activate the mind and energize you. Some meditations can bring in good energy and positivity towards something, and some can help you deal with something negative in life. There are different tools involved in meditations as well, such as breathing techniques, body movements, sounds and vibrations. These are all dependent on what you want to achieve by meditating.
